These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Call Capital LLC ("Call Capital," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at callcapital.io and our membership community. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our services are intended for business and educational purposes only.
Call Capital offers tiered membership plans (Free, Core, and Inner Circle). Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the features associated with your selected plan. Access is granted on a monthly subscription basis and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Membership fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fee each billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Our refund policy is described in full at callcapital.io/refund. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Core and Inner Circle memberships for first-time subscribers who have actively engaged with the material.
All content provided through Call Capital — including session recordings, playbooks, SOPs, templates, written materials, and community posts from Call Capital staff — is the intellectual property of Call Capital LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without explicit written permission.
Content you post in the community remains yours. By posting, you grant Call Capital a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform.

Call Capital provides educational and informational content related to the pay-per-call industry. We do not guarantee specific financial results or income. Any earnings, results, or examples referenced on our website or in sessions are illustrative and not a guarantee of your individual outcomes. Results vary based on experience, effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
