Refund Policy

At Call Capital LLC, we stand behind what we've built. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued — no ambiguity, no runaround.

🛡️ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you join Core or Inner Circle, show up to the sessions, engage with the material, and genuinely don't find it valuable within your first 30 days — email us at contact@callcapital.io and we will refund you in full. Same day. No forms. No back-and-forth.

Who Qualifies

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

First-time Core members within their first 30 days of their initial charge
First-time Inner Circle members within their first 30 days of their initial charge
Members who have actively engaged with the sessions or community content

Who Does Not Qualify

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Requests made after 30 days from the initial charge
Renewals beyond the first billing cycle
Members who have violated our Terms of Service or community standards
Members who have shared, distributed, or resold any paid content
Requests from members who have previously received a refund from Call Capital

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@callcapital.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your full name
The email address used to purchase
A brief note on why it wasn't the right fit

We will process your refund within 1 business day of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Cancelling your membership is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it is within the 30-day guarantee window.
